Current clients can now schedule online! If you have logged into the patient portal called Healow, you can do it there too (App instructions here).
The system will ask you for a visit type and then show you available options. if you don’t find one that suits you please call, these are not necessarily all open appointments.
We kindly request you follow these scheduling rules:
- If you book an appointment and the system recognizes you, the appointment is scheduled and you are liable for all visit fees, no shows may result in discharge from the practice.
- BUT if the system doesn’t recognize you it will come through as a request which we will need to approve. If you have not gotten confirmation, please call us.
- If you are scheduling a well visit, PLEASE MAKE SURE it is at least a year after the last one for kids >4 years old.
- We may need to move your appointment depending on various factors.
- If your visit requires complexity or you are booking multiple children it may be better to call, it’s up to you.
